The End of Time

The end of time (Mayan calendar, what, December 21). 

It may, indeed, happen.  All is readiness.  I read that Socrates was ready to go, welcomed death.  Either a profound sleep (desireable), or a chance to converse with great men in the afterlife. 

Let us be ready. 

Worlds to conquer

I'd write of wide worlds to conquer,

Mountains to climb, seas to cross,

Battles to fight and loves to...

What does one in relation to a love?

One loves, simply.

And that is all there is to that.

One feels the pull and pulse of flesh,

Of course.  But, too, one feels

The pull and pulse of mind and heart,

And knows, simply knows.

And is at ease in presence.

The world will take its course.

It may, indeed, end betimes.

Pay heed to your love;

That is your case for eternity.
